We never store or access your credit card details — all payments are securely handled by our payment processors.
We do not store your device details for eSIM compatibility — this is your responsibility.
We use your name and email to personalize your experience and for service-related communication (such as order confirmations or support). We use your selected country to provide accurate service options for mobile top-ups, data packages, and eSIM services.
AFGTopup now offers data packages (internet bundles) for Afghanistan. When you purchase a data package, we collect your mobile number, email address (for confirmation), and the package details you select. We share this information only with trusted service providers who deliver the mobile top-up or data package on your behalf. Currently, data packages are available only for Afghanistan networks.
For eSIM purchases, AFGTopup provides eSIM services through trusted service partners. We do not manage or store any eSIM activation data beyond what is necessary to process your order with the provider. All eSIM delivery and activation is handled by the eSIM provider.
If you choose to use our Prepaid Wallet, we store additional information to operate your account: your email address, a one-way salted hash of your PIN (we do not store your PIN in readable form), your wallet reference code, your current balance, and a history of your wallet transactions such as deposits and top-ups. When you add funds by bank transfer, your transfer is processed through our bank in order to credit your account. We use this information solely to operate your wallet, process your top-ups, and keep your balance accurate. Your wallet balance and history are visible only to you when you sign in with your email and PIN.
You can permanently delete your AFGTopup prepaid Wallet account without contacting customer support when the account is eligible for immediate deletion. In the AFGTopup app, open Account → Delete My Account, or use the direct website page: https://afgtopup.com/delete-account.html. You can use the website even if you have uninstalled the app. Verify ownership with your Wallet email address and four-digit PIN, review the information shown and confirm deletion.
Immediate deletion: If the wallet has a zero balance and no unresolved transactions, deletion can be completed immediately after confirmation. On successful deletion, we remove the Wallet customer profile and its sign-in credentials, including the associated email address, PIN hash, Wallet reference and balance record. The deleted account can no longer be used to sign in.
Wallet funds or unresolved transactions: If the wallet still has prepaid credit, a pending deposit, a processing top-up, or financial records needing review, you can submit a deletion request through the same page. This is a request, not confirmation that the account has been deleted. We will review the balance and any outstanding transactions, and contact you about appropriate settlement or any lawful record-retention requirements before closing the account. Submitting a request does not by itself forfeit the wallet balance. For assistance, email support@afgtopup.com; never send your PIN by email.
Data that may remain after deletion: Wallet account deletion does not automatically erase purchases made as a guest, completed payment and top-up records, invoices, bank-transfer evidence, or necessary fraud and dispute records. We retain only information we are legally required or otherwise lawfully justified to keep, and restrict its use to those purposes. Accounting books and supporting documents subject to French commercial record-keeping requirements are generally kept for 10 years after the end of the relevant financial year; other legal retention periods may apply to different records. AFGTopup also lets customers buy ordinary mobile top-ups without creating a Wallet account. The separately email-verified Orders view lets customers retrieve eligible purchase history; it does not, by itself, create a prepaid Wallet account. If you want to exercise privacy rights relating to guest orders, email support@afgtopup.com.
You can clear your browser's local storage at any time through your browser settings if you prefer not to store pre-filled details. This does not delete information already stored on our servers. For Wallet account deletion, use Delete My Account. For guest orders, payment and fraud-prevention records, or other privacy rights, contact support@afgtopup.com.
All payments are processed securely using encrypted connections and certified payment systems. AFGTopup never stores any sensitive payment data. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, secure data transmission, and fraud detection systems.

Refunds are issued automatically when a top-up fails and typically return within 5–10 business days.Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to verify the recipient's details before completing a top-up , successfully delivered top-ups cannot be refunded.For top-ups paid using your Prepaid Wallet balance, any refund for a failed top-up is returned to your wallet balance rather than to a card.
