This page lets you initiate deletion of your AFGTopup prepaid wallet account. Regular mobile top-ups can be purchased as a guest; the separately verified Orders view is not a wallet account.
Verify your wallet identity
Sign in again with the email and PIN you used when creating your wallet account.
Review account deletion
Checking your wallet account…
- Your wallet sign-in and personal profile will be removed once deletion completes.
- Any previous paid orders or statutory accounting records may need to be retained for legal obligations.
- If you have a wallet balance or unresolved transaction, settlement must be handled safely before closure.
