Our platform allows users to purchase the following services:
You agree to use our service only for lawful and personal use.
All payments are securely processed through certified and encrypted payment systems. We do not store or handle your credit card information. A maximum limit of €50 per transaction applies to all purchases, whether paid by card or from prepaid service credit, and is enforced automatically.
Mobile Top-ups: Once a top-up is successfully sent, it cannot be refunded. Please double-check the mobile number and amount before confirming. Refunds are only possible if the transaction fails due to an error on our side or our providers.
Data Bundles: Once a data bundle is successfully delivered to the mobile number, it cannot be refunded. Please verify the mobile number and selected package before confirming. Refunds are only possible if the transaction fails due to an error on our side or our mobile operator partners.
eSIM Purchases: eSIM sales are final. Once an eSIM is delivered or activated, no refund is possible. If you face a technical issue or your eSIM does not work, please contact our support — we will try to assist you with the provider.
The AFGTopup Prepaid Wallet operates as a closed-loop system. Credit added to your wallet represents prepaid service credit that can be used exclusively to purchase services on AFGTopup, such as mobile top-ups and data bundles.
Wallet credit is non-withdrawable and non-transferable. It cannot be cashed out, redeemed for money, or sent to any third party, and can only be applied toward AFGTopup services. Users may purchase prepaid service credit, which is applied to their AFGTopup account and can only be used for purchasing services on the platform. Credit is applied once payment is received. Each account is subject to a maximum prepaid credit limit.
You are responsible for keeping your wallet PIN confidential. If a top-up paid from your wallet fails, the corresponding prepaid service credit is returned to your wallet balance. This credit does not constitute electronic money or a payment account and has no cash redemption value. Users may not transfer, sell, or exchange account credit outside the AFGTopup platform.
You are responsible for providing accurate details such as name, email, mobile number, and device compatibility for eSIM. Incorrect entries may result in failed transactions.
AFGTopup is not responsible for any delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party services (e.g., mobile operators, eSIM providers, payment gateways). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device supports eSIM technology and is compatible with the selected plan. No refund will be granted if the eSIM is not compatible with your device.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our service means you accept the new terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU).
You agree not to misuse the service. You may purchase top-ups for family and friends for personal, non-commercial use. However, commercial resale of our services without written authorization is prohibited. Other prohibited activities include fraudulent transactions, interfering with security, and using the service for unlawful purposes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
